如何培养自己的专注力

1、什么是专注力

专注力其实是一种习惯,或者说是真正可以变成一种心智的习惯。

研究发现一个人的成功很多时候并不是因为他有什么才华,更多的是因为他具有更多的勇气和胆识,这其实也叫做专注力。

彼得•德鲁克95年来仅仅做一件事,这件事是什么?就是他对人类的终极关怀。

2、只要坚持刻意、就可以把自己不喜欢、不擅长的变成擅长的。

开始长期坚持做一件事,以此培养自己的专注力。
