如何让自己快速行动

有些人是思想上的巨人,行动上的矮子。也许拥有一些伟大的梦想和抱负——但是有时你会不由自主的怀疑自己是否能努力工作实现它们。

每个人不希望自己变成“世界上最伟大的拖延症患者”,但是说起来容易做起来难,我们总有那么多理由和借口,如果你想快速行动,下面这些技巧可以帮助您!

1、给自己营造竞争的氛围

我们总会有与别人竞争做某事的时候,那个时候我们全神贯注,一分一秒也不会耽误。那个时候的一秒钟和你此时坐在沙发上看电视的一秒钟有区别么?没有。决定两者截然不同结果的是你的心态。当你与别人竞争时,你的心态是“我必须赢,一分一秒也不能浪费”。而当你远离竞争,过上舒坦的生活时,你的心态是“我还可以更舒服一些,浪费这点时间用来休闲不算什么”。

当我们发现自己有些倦怠时,回忆一下那种竞争时的心态,把自己调整到那个状态,你就会不由自主的去努力工作了。下面我有几种方法来调节心态:

告诉自己我可以控制我的大脑,我想要什么心态就有什么心态。

拿一个秒表放在自己面前,看看自己最短多长时间可以完成这样工作。

想象这个世界上的某个角落有另一个人在做与你相同的工作,你必须超过他。

2、从最小的地方开始

你说过要写一本500万字的小说,可问题是,你总是没有开始。每个周末,你允诺自己要花两个小时在写作上面……但是不论怎样,你总找不到时间和精力。
千里之行,始于足下。我会告诉我自己,我就先写上一句话吧。当我真正开始写的时候,就不止一句话了,也许我会写完一章,甚至更多。有的时候,我们总是拖啊拖啊,是因为我们有畏难情绪,一想到500万字,那么多,还不如先去看会电视。

但是一旦开始,所有情绪都会一扫而空,因为我们此刻正在做它。若是你有一个宏伟的计划,不如先做微小的一点,让自己开始,而不是等待。

再长的路,一步步也能走完;再短的路,不迈开双脚也无法到达。
3、听音乐

如果你经常锻炼,也许你已经明白音乐的重要性,它可以调动我们情绪。当你听到节奏感强烈的音乐歌曲时,你会更加努力地锻炼。工作也是这个原理,当你不想继续工作的时候,听一两首你喜欢的音乐,你会慢慢平静下来。

我们大脑有一个遗忘机制,就是它会把让你感到痛苦的事情忘记。如果你背单词的时候,听着你最喜欢的歌曲,就会减轻你的痛苦,单词也就能记住不少。

4、给自己一点小奖励

尽管完成任务本身就是最好的奖励,有时候我们还可以给自己一些额外的奖励以促进我们完成工作。比如请自己吃一顿好吃的、给自己买个小东西。当我不想学习而感到倦怠的时候,我会去篮球场打上几个小时篮球,然后洗个澡,感到很舒爽,这对我来说就是不错的奖励。第二天,我又会精力充沛的去努力工作了。

2. Start from the smallest place

You said you wanted to write a 500 million word novel, but the problem is, you never start. Every weekend, you promise to spend two hours on writing. But no matter what, you can't find time and energy.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a foot. I will tell myself, I will write a sentence first. When I really started writing, there was more than one sentence. Maybe I would finish writing a chapter, or even more. Sometimes, we are always dragging and dragging. It is because we are afraid of difficulties. When we think of 500 words or so, we might as well go to see TV first.

But once we start, all emotions will be swept away, because we are doing it now. If you have a grand plan, do something small and start yourself instead of waiting.

A long road can be completed step by step, and a short road will not be able to reach without feet.
3. Listen to the music

If you exercise regularly, maybe you already understand the importance of music, it can mobilize our emotions. When you hear music songs with strong rhythm, you will work harder. Work is also the principle. When you don't want to continue working, listen to one or two music you like, and you will gradually calm down.

Our brain has a forgetting mechanism, that is, it will forget the things that make you feel miserable. If you listen to your favorite songs when you recite words, you will relieve your pain and remember many words.

4, give yourself a little bonus

Although completing the task itself is the best reward, sometimes we can give ourselves some extra incentives to help us finish the work. For example, please eat a good meal yourself, buy yourself a little thing. When I do not want to learn to feel tired, I will go to the basketball court for a few hours of basketball, and then take a bath, feel very comfortable, which is a good reward for me. On the second day, I will be energetic and work hard.
